Help Needed! Ticket Sellers and Concession Stand for Basketball Season Eastwood Eagle

The athletic department could use some help with selling tickets for home games and in our concession stand for Boys and Girls Basketball. If you are interested in helping to sell tickets please contact Assistant Athletic Director Sharon Dudley at sdudley@eastwoodschools.org. If you would like to volunteer to work the concession stand please contact Jody Eaton at jeaton@eastwoodschools.org .  Thank you for your support of Eastwood athletics - Go Eagles!


Johnny Appleseed

Pemberville 3rd and 4th graders performed the musical, Johnny Appleseed. The title role was played by 4th Grader Eli Smith.  Such a fantastic performance by all - we have some rising stars!  


Eagle's Eye Online Edition

The Eagle's Eye has a New Adviser, Staff, and Look

The Eagle's Eye staff has added an online edition which allows us to get news out faster and work on it as we go. We will continue to add to the pages each month and aim to mail out a quarterly hard copy edition as well. The online edition of the Eagle's Eye can be accessed here on the district website by clicking on the link located in the left sidebar of the district home page.

Welcome to Eastwood Locals Schools

Eastwood Local Schools has earned an Excellent or Excellent with Distinction rating since 2007. Overall, the district's Performance Index ranks with the best in Northwest Ohio, and the district performance exceeds its similar district grouping as assigned by the Ohio Department of Education.

Students at Eastwood have access to a strong preparatory curriculum that enables them to move to life after high school. Eastwood High School students enjoy numerous math and science courses that qualify for dual credit through a partnership with the University of Findlay. Students also access to Post-Secondary Options classes through Bowling Green State University and Owens Community College. Finally, Eastwood students have the chance to attend Penta Career Center which is one of the most state of the art Joint Vocational Schools in Ohio.
