Drug Prevention & Awareness Program Coming to Eastwood
Parents and caregivers often struggle with how to recognize signs and symptoms of drug use and other high-risk behaviors. More importantly, parents feel ill-equipped to effectively help loved ones receive necessary care.  This is where the program Hidden in Plain Sight can help.
The Hidden in Plain Sight traveling, interactive display will be at Eastwood schools on May 2, 2019. Adults will tour the display and listen to guest speakers. This event is free to the public.
EDUCATE.Children are 50% less likely to use drugs when a parent or trusted adult talks with them about drug use.
ENGAGE. Walk through the “Hidden In Plain Sight” interactive display and identify signs of drug use.
EMPOWER. Provide parents and caregivers with tools to prevent future drug use.
For more information see the event flyer
