Veteran Memorial Wall - Honoring Those Who Served

A Veteran Memorial Wall now prominently displays the names of Eastwood graduates who have bravely defended our country.   Located in the Eastwood High School entry hall, this magnificent wall is the result of a very special project conceived by the EHS Key Club.

As part of the 2017 Eastwood Veteran's Day program we officially shared the Veteran's Wall with our community.  The Sentinel-Tribune came out for the event and created a multimedia story about the wall.  Thank you to JD Pooley of the Sentinel-Tribune for creating this wonderful video.

Eastwood International/Domestic Travel 5 Year Forecast Meeting - October 23

As our world becomes increasingly interconnected, it is critical for our students to become more culturally aware, explore new ideas and grow their potential. Students who participate in this opportunity will grow their social skills, connect to their studies outside of the classroom and set themselves apart when applying to college and their future careers.  Grades 4th ~ 12th are invited to an informational meeting  on Monday, October 23rd, 2017 in the HS Auditorium at 7:00 pm.   With that being said, a 4th grader will be a freshman in 2022.  This forecast for our global travel plan will give parents and students a realistic opportunity to plan and save for the trip they choose to go on.

Please email: Mrs. Moorman at: jmoorman@eastwoodschools.org if you would like to attend the meetng or if you cannot make the meeting but would like more inforamtion.
