QUARANTINE IS USED TO KEEP SOMEONE WHO MIGHT HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 AWAY FROM OTHERS. QUARANTINE HELPS PREVENT SPREAD OF DISEASE THAT CAN OCCUR BEFORE A PERSON KNOWS THEY ARE SICK OR IF THEY ARE INFECTED WITH THE VIRUS WITHOUT FEELING SYMPTOMS. 

 

PEOPLE IN QUARANTINE SHOULD:

  •  STAY HOME - LIMIT ALL TRAVELS

  •  SEPARATE THEMSELVES FROM OTHERS

  •  MONITOR THEIR HEALTH - CHECK TEMPERATURE AT LEAST TWO TIMES A DAY

  •  WATCH FOR OTHER SYMPTOMS - FEVER, COUGH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, FATIGUE

 

**PLEASE NOTIFY THE SCHOOL IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR CHILD DEVELOPS SYMPTOMS.

NO, NOT UNLESS THEY DEVELOP SYMPTOMS.

 

“WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO HELP MY CHILD CONTINUE LEARNING FROM HOME?”

YOUR CHILD SHOULD CHECK SCHOOLOGY FOR UPDATED LESSONS AND ASSIGNMENTS.  HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS EVEN THOUGH HE IS HOME.  HE SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH HIS TEACHERS BY EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS.  **PLEASE NOTIFY THE SCHOOL IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR CHILD DEVELOPS SYMPTOMS.
