School – Eastwood High School
Position – EMIS Coordinator
Description: Eastwood Local Schools is searching for an EMIS Coordinator. Experience is preferred. Primary Responsibilities include:
• Central Registration utilizing Final Forms for all students Grades K through 12th
• Enter Preschool students into DASL
• Assist in the maintenance of the uniform filing system for all information and other pertinent data
• Handle routine correspondence independently
• Upload all test scores from ODE into DASL and report to EMIS
• Civil Rights Reporting for the District
• Check SCR, SOES in ODDEX for student funding and flag errors
• Produce reports as required for EMIS and auditor
• Keep up-to-date on the requirements of EMIS and update appropriate employees
• Enter all Gifted information – Screening, identified, service and report to EMIs
• Submit district EMIS reports as mandated by the State of Ohio, such as student, staff, course, calendar, graduation, retention, all assessment collections
• Enter and maintain student records and other required information in the Student Information System (SIS) for non-attending students
• Transfer necessary DASL information into EMIS
• Run reports from the DASL and EMIS as requested

Position – Intervention Specialist
Description: The Eastwood Local School District is searching for an intervention specialist for grades 9-12.
Information: Eastwood Local School District is a rural school district covering nearly 112 square miles in Northwest Ohio. The staff works collaboratively to give every child the opportunity to succeed. The overall goal is to create an educational environment where every child feels safe and comfortable in attempting new learning challenges throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Valid State of Ohio teacher certification / Intervention Specialist (K-12 mild/moderate or moderate/intensive) license.
- Experience with collaborating with an IEP team to create and implement an IEP to meet the individualized needs of students.
- Knowledge of instructional methods and intervention strategies appropriate for students at the high school level.
- Desire and ability to work with students with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and levels of ability toward accomplishing their educational goals.
- Ability to design and facilitate differentiated and personalized learning goals and activities that are aligned to educational needs, instructional goals, and engage students in high-level learning activities.

Description: The Eastwood Local School District is searching for an intervention specialist to lead a small group resource room and provide instruction to students with the most significant learning needs.

Position – Assistant Principal/Athletic Director
Description: Eastwood High School is searching for an Assistant Principal/Athletic Director due to the retirement of long-time administrator Jeff Hill. An administrative license is required for the position. The position is supported by an Assistant AD and a secretary.
The assistant principal duties include teacher evaluation, must have OTES credential, student discipline and other administrative duties.
Eastwood HS has a robust curriculum including fourteen college credit courses taught on campus. There is an experienced and dedicated staff committed to providing an excellent academic and social experience for all students. There are a wide range of student activities to support all students. Eastwood HS has a tradition of athletic success that goes beyond wins and losses. While winning multiple conference and district championships, the focus of our coaches is on creating better students with the tools to be successful beyond the classroom.
