Superintendent's Message

Dear Community Members:

I hope this update finds you well and enjoying what has been a great start to the spring! We began our first administration of the state assessments yesterday, and we are hoping they will give us some insight into where our kids stand. As we plan for the 2021-22 school year, having broad ideas on student progress will allow us to target resources. We all know that this year has been different, and we just want students to give us their best effort, so these tests can be used more as a diagnostic assessment.

I have a number of items for you today. Here is a list:

2021-2022 KINDERGARTEN SCREENING June 7, 8 and 9

ABCsKindergarten screening for the 2021-22 school year is scheduled for June 7, 8 and 9, 2021.  Screening times each day are: 8:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

District Policy states the child must be five (5) years old on or before August 1st.

Please complete the Screening Sign Up Form and return to Laurie Ruch by March 24, 2021.
